My story
I first learned to use my mother’s sewing machine at the age of nine. Soon, I was making all of my own clothes. I became fascinated with quilts as a young teenager. I made my first quilt at the age of 18. I have constructed quilts in many styles using a wide range of techniques.
After retiring from my career as a science teacher, I decided to focus on my quilting and sharing my work with others. A large number of my quilts feature redwork-style embroidery. Other quilts display and range of styles.
I offer trunk show lectures for guilds as well as workshops.
